two ways to help the jamie oliver foundation
Thu 02 Sep 2010 @ 15:34 | story by Angela MorrisThere’s lots of different ways you can support the Jamie Oliver Foundation, from making us your favorite charity on eBay or buying a raffle ticket to our annual fundraiser, A Big Night Out with Jamie, hosted by the man himself.
eBay for Charity is a clever initiative where users can donate to their favorite charity each time they buy and sell on eBay.
During the month of September, with the help of eBay, users will be asked to pick their favorite causes. The three charities that receive the most votes ‘as favourite’ will win an eBay grant - the top prize being £5,000.
If you’re an eBay user we ask that you make the Jamie Oliver Foundation your favorite charity. By doing so, you don’t have to buy or sell at this point in time, you're simply acknowledging your support of our charity.

This year we’re running a Golden Ticket competition where one lucky person will win two tickets to our annual fundraising event, ‘A Big Night Out with Jamie'. Like previous years, we have a fantastic team on board to ensure it’s a night to remember. Jamie will be there along with celebrity entertainer Ben Shephard, who will be co-hosting the event. The Fifteen chefs and apprentices will be creating a scrumptious four-course menu, designed by Jamie, and we have two show-stopping female performers confirmed: Diana Vickers and Sophie Ellis-Bextor! We’ve also secured a prestigious venue - the spectacular and iconic St. Paul’s Cathedral!
Priced at £10 per raffle ticket, simply click here to visit our retail shop to purchase a ticket. Also, for free postage on the tickets, don’t forget to enter the promotional code ‘GoldenTicket’.
