Í´m from spain and I love all your creative and at the same time simple recipes. the problem is that in majorca we haven´t got to many books and forget about dvd´s about you. In the other hand, the spanish cuisine is very rich and important, the people use to belive that the mediterranean food is exclusive from Italy or France, so they are wrong. It´s tested that the spanish food is more healthy and with mor variety than others. spanish cuisine would be a good influence for an othr branch of books and dvd´s, don´t you think?. I would send you a few recipes if you want from many parts of the country. Thsnk you for your recipes and the the way you do it. Sorry about my english.
