On the strength of Jamie at Home TV series, have recently purchased the book. Why oh why were the hand-drawn illustrations of the series not used in the book rather than photographs, good as they may be?
Very disappointed

Well, here goes, Jamie, it is about time I tried making risotto, mashed potatoes are my forte and that took 50 years to perfect, so hoping that by the time I get to be 80, my family will be craving my version of risotto!
