3. Nicole Mon 26 May 2008 17:14 Dear Jamie,

If extremely-easy-and-fun cooking could be human it would be called Jamie Oliver.

When I watch the Naked Chef I always think: this is what cooking is all about: having fun!!
Thanks for being such a great inspiration, even for people living halfway around the world.

Nicole (from Suriname, South-America)
You're welcome to visit our nation any time!

5. Akiko Tue 20 May 2008 15:33 Hi Jamie
I really love to see the "Naked Chef" every night, which is on air in the midnight program now in Japan.

As you know, most Japanese eats sashimi with the soy sauce, I like to make an arrangement in the raw fish recipes. For example, tuna with fromage blanc, sea bream with grapefuits, bonito with roasted garilic and baslsamico ,etc...So this recipe was very interesting for me. Red mulls with pomegranate...mu...

I'm sorry about my poor comment in English.
Love

14. Gerri Congalton Wed 07 May 2008 09:34 Hi Jamie.

Just letting you know that my family and which consists of myself my 2 daughters and their young daughters absolutely love watching you and trying your recipes. I believe we have all but one of your books. you have so much passion which is how we cook at home. Our friends tell us we're all pre occupied with food! YUM! and why not.
I'm a Glaswegian and have lived in Melbourne Aust. since 1972. came out here as my ex came to play soccer and we were only going to be here for 2 years and here i am still and love it. If you ever decide to do a school dinners gig here i'm your woman.
Keep up the good work Jamie it's so good to demonstrate to people how easy it is to cook good fresh food.

Love from all of us.
Gerri
