Very nice idea indeed! I prepared a variation on this yesterday for some friends:
Started with some garlic and anchovy, then sliced rocket (about 2cm pieces). Then some fresh peeled tomatoes and a drop of balsamico to taste. Served it with some linguine (flat spaghetti). On the table was some freshly grated parmigiano and rocket to add to taste.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Dear Jamie
I think that your efforts to try & change young childrens food choice from Junk to healthy is admirable, however we all know that healthy food is not always desirable food to youngsters. My own two kids one liked Junk the other healthy. Now they have grown up the both eat healthy food. With your immense knowledge and talent could you not create a healthy Junk food that kids would flock to eat.

Jamie, thanks for inspiring me to give anchoives a second chance. Growing up Italian my parents used anchoives in certain meals but us kids did not like them. Well I´m all grown up now and have a new appreciation for the tiny fish. Today´s my b-day and that´s what I decided to cook and serve. No left overs, it was super! Grazie tanto Jamie.

Wicked with a capital W. The great thing about food is that you can find cheap and amazing things right in your backyard so you dont have to spend a pretty penny on alot of expensive rubbish. The dish is wonderful and tastes great and you can add to it and make it your own which i did . cheers Jamie your an inspiration to us all lah !!!!!
