PARMIGIANO REGGIANO

Jamie's Parmigiano Reggiano is made using milk from a single dairy in the hills in Northern Italy. The farmers allow the cows to feed on hay or fresh grass which helps make a sweeter cheese. Because all our milk comes from a single source, you can be assured each time you buy our cheese it is consistent in texture, flavour, colour and smell.

The cheese is matured for 24 months. At this age, the cheese is at its most versatile and is at optimum maturation to give you the best flavour on your meals.
hints and tips:

Grate and sprinkle a good handful of the Parmigiano over the top of some freshly cooked pasta
