hints and tips:
1
Classic burger: Keep it classic. Serve it in a toasted bun, with layers of sliced beef tomato, a lovely bit of lettuce and a dollop of good-quality ketchup.
2
Stateside burger: A burger with all these added flavours really doesn't need much in the way of toppings. Serve simply in a toasted bun with a nice crisp lettuce leaf or two.
