If you need to cancel your cookery lesson and wish to receive a refund, you must log onto the 'Manage your booking' section on www.recipease.com at least 7 days before your cookery lesson is scheduled. Should you experience any technical difficulties which result in you not being able to access the 'Manage your booking' page then you may also cancel your booking in-store at the Recipease shop where your class was scheduled to take place. Both methods of cancellation must be made at least 7 days before your cookery lesson. We are sorry that we cannot refund or rebook any cancellations made online or in person after this time.
We run this offer on our most popular cookery lessons, so more people can get involved! This fantastic offer is perfect for mates and couples to attend. On this lesson, you will be sharing the work station with your mate whilst still getting the same expert tuition and skills as you enjoy making and eating delicious food together. You will each save £5 off the total price of the lesson. Please note, the discount has already been applied.

With most cookery lessons, you can book up to 24 hours before the start time. Of course this is dependent upon the space availability for the lesson. If it is less than 24 hours before the start time, please call the shop to see if there is any availability.
You can usually book up to 2 months in advance for our cookery lessons. Our bookings calendar shows the current and following months' sessions.

The only thing that you need to bring is the print out of your order confirmation. Other than that, just bring yourself. We do provide lockers for your personal belongings. However, please try to limit the amount and value of your personal items as space is limited and we are not able to take any responsibility for your personal property.
We provide you with an apron to protect your clothes, although we recommend that you attend the lessons in practical clothing and enclosed footwear. Gloves are also available should you wish to wear them.
We have special kids cookery classes available. Kids must be at least 10 years old, and able to reach and work at the height of a standard kitchen work surface (900mm). The exception is the Kids knife skills cookery session where the kids need to be at least 14 years old, and able to reach and work at the height of a standard kitchen work surface (900mm). Please ensure every child is accompanied by and adult apprentice. Please have a look at our terms and conditions for further information or contact your local shop. To take part in a regular cookery lessons children have to be at least 16 years of age.
The cookery lessons change seasonally. Each lesson is usually run on a different day each week, so if you can't make a lesson on a certain weekday, don't worry, it will be available on a different day in the upcoming weeks.
Cookery lessons are pre-paid and payment is taken during the online booking process. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can pop into one of our shops and book a session at our kiosk.
If you would like to change any details for your cookery lesson, you will first need to cancel your session, then re-book your new session. You will need to ensure you follow the cancellation process as outlined above.
Our menu changes regularly so we can offer you the best seasonal meals and ingredients available at the time. However, we are sure that there will be some real favourites and these will remain on the menu for you to enjoy.
The Food to Go meals come in single, double and family sizes, and in true Jamie style each portion is a hearty size. However, not all of the meals are available in every size, so please check our menu for details.
The shelf life varies for each meal due to the ingredients. Please see our menu for details on each meal. You'll also find this information on the packaging.
Some meals can be frozen, while others can only be refrigerated due to their ingredients. Please see our menu for details.
For us, with great food comes great responsibility. Ingredients don't just have to taste amazing, they have to be responsibly sourced, then delivered to our shops in a way that we can all feel good about. We have sourced all of our high quality ingredients very carefully and are working with like-minded suppliers to bring you beautiful food. Our food is free from nasties and artificial additives.
We do offer vegetarian meals. Those that are suitable are marked with a 'V' on our menu.
We try our best to offer a menu that can be enjoyed by all. Please check each meal and the respective allergy icons and ingredient information on the menu to see if it is suitable for you. Please note that ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, soya and shellfish and other allergens - check the packaging for details. Please call the shop for help with any food allergies.
All of the cooking instructions are on the packaging of the meals as well as being on the website, so you'll always be able to find them easily.

We are open on the majority of bank holidays.
We're working hard to ensure our packaging has the lowest possible impact on the environment. All of our trays, boxes, bags, outer sleeves and baking paper come from sustainable sources and are fully recyclable and compostable. All of our large clear food pots are made from renewable plant materials - currently a corn bi-product and are biodegradable and compostable. However, we do still have more work to do. Currently we're striving to source a sustainable and recyclable alternative to cling film and the lids that we currently use to seal our trays, so if you think you can help please get in touch with us as we'd love to hear from you so we can improve on this (please send all your ideas to firstname.lastname@example.org).
