Risotto

Lots of people think of risotto as a bit of an event in the kitchen, but in Italy it's considered fast food because it's so damn simple and easy to make. In this session you'll learn how to choose the right rice, discover the importance of your stock and some simple tricks for making sure you get a perfect risotto every time. Then when you're done, you'll sit down with a glass of wine, and tuck into a steaming plate of the gorgeous risotto you've just made.
