Fresh fish is what it's all about. This session looks at the whole fish, from go to whoa. Find out how to pick the freshest fish in the shop and learn how to clean and fillet it yourself. Then you're ready to get down to business, cooking up your fish with fantastic tips for sensational dishes in minutes. You'll make a great sauce to go with your fish and then kick back with a glass of wine and polish it off.
After the session you will be entitled to 10% off all products in the shop (the 10% is valid on day of your session only, excludes alcohol and cannot be combined with any other offer)
