We'll teach you how to prepare a whole seabass ready for stuffing, and how to make a brilliant filling, while enjoying a glass of wine. Then you'll pop your stuffed fish into a steam bag with a few vegetables and a quick tasty sauce, seal it up, take it home and it's ready to whack in the oven for a sensational meal in minutes.
