Pork belly is one of Jamie's favourite joints of meat and it makes and unbeatable roast dinner that everyone loves. Come along to this lesson and we'll show you how easy it is to prepare a pork belly yourself. You'll learn the tricks for getting the best crackling and how to cook the belly to perfection, while enjoying a glass of wine. We'll even chuck in some veg to help you get the perfect gravy. Once you've finished, you'll take home your prepared roast with a roasting tray, cook it up and share it with your friends and family.
