+ Welcome every customer into our shop by acknowledging them quickly
+ Talk to my customers about Easy to Learn, and help them find the best lesson for them, then I guide them to the kiosk to book it
+ Offer my customers accompaniments to compliment their meal
+ Suggest my favourite Go meals for my customers to try at home
+ Offer my customers our great quality coffee to enjoy in the shop, whilst they take time to learn all about Recipease
+ Guide my customers to use the pizza station, or attend an Easy to Make session, so they can leave the shop with something they have created themselves
+ Talk to my customers about our wines, what my favourite wine is, and which wines go best with which dishes
+ Help my customers find their way around our JME range, whether they are looking for a gift, some new wine glasses or a great chopping board
+ Know all about our breads, and tell our customers all about where they are made and where they come from
+ Help our customers undertsand what we can offer them in each day part, from coffee and a pastry for breakfast, a sandwhich or salad at lunch, and a bottle of wine and dinner in the evening
+ Find out about my customers so I can offer them something they will enjoy
+ Enjoy my customers! I know I can have a laugh with people in my shop
+ Love to work towards my daily sales targets, this helps me talk to customers about what I know about specific products or services
+ Am confident when using the till and taking our customers money, so I can concentrate on building a relationship with my customer
+ Follow all the cash operating procedures, so that my till is always balanced and accurate
+ Offer our locals the opportunity to talk about their experiences with food and share their successes
+ Talk to my customers about what is going on in our neighbourhood and in the food world in general

+ Share my stories about ingredients, food and cooking with the customers in my shop
+ Know it is important to know about the ingredients in our meals, why they are special and why they are used, so I do, and I share this with our customers
+ Give my customers ideas; whether it is to help them choose a knock out meal to wow their friends, to give them inspiration when feeding their kids, or to think up the perfect menu to impress their partner!
