I used to cook, also before I became a chef and one of my favorite meal to prepare is homemade burger.<br /> A good quantity of different ingredients make it different. The flavor of the meat will be smothered by the eggs, the pressing down will make the patties dry and chewy, and adding all those tomatoes, gherkins and red onions won't make it taste any different from a big Mac, albeit a little healthier big Mac. Jamie, i'm sorry to say this but you need to do some research on cooking times, temperatures and methods for various meat products.
I like burger, very good.
