Hi, how long exactly do you cook the beef. You say after 20 mins turn and baste. What do you do then, put it back in the overn or let it rest? Also how many will it serve. Thanks

I was wondering what creamed horseradish is. does it have sour cream in it? Is it just really pureed?
The temperature says 250C for this. Can't be right?
