mackerel & courgette fritters

1, Combine the courgette, flour and egg, season, then carefully fry spoonfuls in a 4cm depth of hot vegetable oil till golden, then drain on kitchen paper.
2, Rub the spices over fish and dust with flour. Pan-fry in a little oil for 2–3 mins each side, or till golden. Serve immediately.
