Im from New Zealand and i just wanted to say,i bought your Ministry of food cookbook the otherday, and i think that pledge at the start of your book is an awsome idea.Iv already learned 2recipes from each chapter and have got my family and friends interrested in joining the pledge.I really enjoy reading and cooking from ur books and even more, eating what iv cooked as it actuly has flavour now.I watched you make this recipe the otherday on one of your old shows and made it that night,it was delisious and so easy, thank you.xoxo

How do you know about "Tortas de Aceite"?? they are so tipical from the south of Spain, where i´m from. My parents used to have it with coffe all the evenings, as "Meriendas".
I´m in shock you know about them!!
