yoghurt with blueberry jam and elderflower cordial

drinks | serves Serves 4
This is a fantastic quick recipe for those days when you don't want to spend ages knocking up a dessert. Or it can be a really good intermediate palate cleanser before your main course. It can be made with any jam you like, but blueberry jam is particularly tasty. Try strawberry or raspberry too.

Divide your yoghurt between 4 dessert bowls or small glasses. Spoon over your blueberry jam, cover with your elderflower cordial, and top with a sprig of mint.

9. jan Mon 29 Sep 2008 @ 06:51 hi jamie my husband and I love your style of cooking. Especially when you do it with friends in the background its just free and easy and no-fuss to top it all fun! Im from Philippines but now in Oman so the difficulty just lies on getting the fresh ingredients. Anyways we're always mooching on your recipe books for things we can cook here with whats available basically. We got several of your books and dvd as well. Also we like what you done with School Dinners thats really awesome!

11. Tristan Sat 27 Sep 2008 @ 15:35 Oh Sam, here's a comment on your previous post. I think you should take back your words. Don't you learn any manners at all? Jamie has made a lot of effort to post the myriad of dishes, ingredients & its methods how to prepare and you can just criticize him just like that? You have NO sense of any appreciation.
The others are right, why don't you just get a life ?
Maybe you should get your mother to teach you some moral values and manners since you don't have any!
12. Bridget Sat 27 Sep 2008 @ 15:20 By the way, Jamie, you're going great!! I love your programmes! You're a great inspiration to many young people!! Keep it up!! All the best from sunny Singapore!!
13. Bridget Sat 27 Sep 2008 @ 15:15 Hey Sam. Do you have parents or what? Or haven't you heard about manners? Good grief, you got a hole in your head!

this would be the right pudding for me. if i had people around. i would think that this is the sort of thing that people would like if they can to my house and had a dinner. Also it is plain simple and it would not take long to make. Also the pudding has the right colour for it. 6. charlotte Hodder
