This is an amazing and healthy burger that you can start doing at home, kids will love and you won\'t need to worry about the calories.
Ingredients
300 gr soy protein
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp herbs
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
olive oil
flour
rocket lettuce
2 sliced tomatoes
warm water
100 gr sliced cheese
Tomato Chutney
20 minute whole bread ( previous recipe)
Method
Soak the soy protein in warm water for some minutes and when it\'s double the size , drain the water.
Fry the spices and add the protein, cook for a while and put in a bowl, mix with some flour until you can make patties, fry both sides with one tsp olive oil and cover with a lid for a while for proper cooking inside, remove the lid and put some cheese.
Serve with rocket lettuce and tomatoes with the tomato chutney on each side of the bread.
