Because I found lots of cherry tomatoes in a box in the streets the day before it only made sense to do something with them (yes, still being sustainable). I remembered I did this hot salsa the other week, which was actually slightly modified Jamie’s recipe, served with grilled fish and thought I could make it into a pasta dish. Big thanks to the Italians here, this cheap ingredient, appearing daily in my Maltese diet, has never turned me down.
