A quick & easy dinner.In minutes.
Ingredients
peanut butter
unsalted peanuts
chicken breasts
potato
carrots
chilli flakes
coconut milk
Method
Chop the peanuts.
Cut the vegetables.Stir fry.
Add the peanut butter,coconut milk,peanuts & chilli flakes.Stir.
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Put the chicken in.
Stir until cooked.
Serve hot.
