  • --1 package strawberry jell-o
  • --1 package black cherry jell-o
  • --1 package raspberry jell-o
  • --1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • --2 cups boiling water
  • --2 cups cold water
  • --Additional whipped cream for topping (preferably the spray kind)
  • --5-10 fresh st
First take the strawberry and black cherry jell-o packages and mix together with the 2 cups of boiling water. Whisk until dissolved. Whisk in the 2 cups cold water. Separate into 5 parfait cups; will make one cup and one tablespoon each. Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 8 hours to set.

Take the package of raspberry jell-o, 1 1/2 cups boiling water and whisk together until dissolved in a large Tupperware container. Whisk in 1 cup of whipped cream until dissolved. Cover and chill mousse for 8 hours in refrigerator.

After everything is set, scoop out 1/2 cup of mousse over each cup of jell-o. Spray whipped cream over top.

If desired, cut one or two strawberries into a fan shape and put over each.

Don't you miss the wonderful "1, 2, 3... Jell-O!" kits they had back in the day? Well, I have a version that's pretty close... And it's a delicious, healthy dessert...

Method
