Ingredients
1 white onion
½ a red cabbage
2 carrots
Salt and pepper
Sumac (optional)
200g Greek yoghurt
Small bunch of tarragon, chopped
Half a lemon
Method
Grate the vegetables, then add sumac and seasoning. Stir in yoghurt and add tarragon and lemon juice. Mix well together and serve.
