20 min Bread

Sometimes I want to make a quick bread for breakfast so I do this one, everyone likes because its healthy and very soft.
250 grs whole wheat flour
100 grs bran
500grs white flour
6 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
150 ml sunflower oil
Warm the water about 200ml
Add all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the water little by little until you are able to make a dough that doesnt stick to your hands.
Make balls and put in the oven to bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. High temperature.
Eat with some butter and prepare some tea with milk to serve with it everyone will love.
Ahh I always add little drops of cherry essence to the milk drink. Gives a special taste.
