Hot wok, oil add your minced meal and fried a few minutes then take out.
In same wok add more oil if is need and add ginger, garlic,chili and onion. After 1 minutes add you pepper, still fried then add minced meat. In a little bowl mix soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar, then add to wok.
Add 1 or 2 lid of warm water, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice fried.
