6: CANDIED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH DJ BBQ

2 x pork tender loins
3 -6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
150 ml Soy sauce
Chopped up finely the garlic cloves and in a bowl mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic.
Place the pork tenderloins in a food bag and pour the marinade sauce in and seal the bag.
Give it a good rub massage to ensure all the marinade is mix well with the pork. Keep it chill in the fridge overnight ideally or at least 2 -3 hours before.
After leaving the meat in the fridge overnight, take it out and leave it at room temperature for ½ hour – 1 hour before cooking it in oven.
Cook the pork tenderloins at 300F / 150c for 40 – 45 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving
