Put the codfish filets in a casserole dish. Add salt and lemonpepper and cremfresh Peel and finely shopp the onion and put it over. Slice the tomatoes and add them on topp. Put the whole thing in the owen for about 25 min in 220C. Or untill it looks done. Press fresh pressed lime juice over when it`s done. Serve and enjoy whit warm naanbread next the fish.
