Ingredients
400 gram flour
200 grams sugar bastard (white)
250 grams butter
1 egg yolk
1 kg golden rennet
cinnamon
raisins
Method
Well, you need the flour, sugar, butter and egg yolk to make the dough. Cover the cake pan with the dough, make sure to leave something for the decaration on top. Then you cut the apples in slices. You mix the apple with the raisins, cinnamon and sugar bastard (maybe little bit of flower). Mix it verywell so the apple slices will be covered with cinnamon and sugar, this will make them very tasty in the final result. Add the mixture to the cake pan. Decorate the pie with the remaining dough.
And put it in the oven for about 50 minutes and on 200 degrees Celsius!

Haha, a Dutch apple pie... My secret is to put in about 2 tablespoons of custardpowder to the filling, for a nice vanilla-y taste:).

Very good of you, Tom! Start cooking at the age of 10. Well you can't expect something never goes wrong when your cooking. The only thing you can do in my opinion is: First check if there is a possibility recover the pie. If that possibility doesn't exist, well you have to try again.
I think I started making this pie when I was about your age. At first I needed some help from my mother but after a few tries. I was able to make the pie alone.
Tom, Good luck with your cooking experiences and I hope all your recipes turn out well!
