Ingredients
100 g flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsb salt
1 tbsp unsalted melted butter
100 ml milk
For caramel:
3-4 golden apple, peeled and sliced
1 cup walnut
1 cup sugar
cinnamon
50 ml rum
Method
Add in a big bowl, flour, baking powder and salt.
Whisk eggs and add on bowl. Whisk all together.
Add melted butter and milk. Continuous to whisk till you have a cream.
Heat a pan with little oil and add the cream with a ladle and fry 1 minutes eacy side, then take out.
Heat a pan and add sugar to caramel. Add walnut, then butter. Now you can add the apple and cinnamon.
Sprinkle with rum and let to burn. Add 50 ml water to caramel not sticky and let to cook.
Serve pancake with apple caramel and vanilla ice cream.
