4 apricot fruits
100 g prosciutto crudo
2 big bowl mozzarella
salads:valeriana, radicchio indivia ricola, scarola
extravirgin oliva oil
salt and pepper
Cut in half apricot, pull out stones and put on the grill for few minutes.
Mix salad, season with salt, pepper, add a touch of lemon juice and extravirgin oliva oil.
In plate for serving put apricot grillet then mozzarella cheese, a slice of prosciutto crudo, salads and on the top from your heart, parmesan cheese.
