Artichoke is very healthy dish. Especially for liver.You should cook Artichoke with leaf and roof otherwise it is nort really beneficial for health;)
Ingredients
For 4 person
4 Artichoke with leaf and root
5 sweet potato
1 carrots
1/2 cup rice
4 fresh onion
squeeze lemon
a pinch of sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cup water
Method
Chopped sweet potato, carrots, rice, fresh onion.First a little bit brast al olive oil. Then fill in artichokes. Then put all into stewpot. Squeeze lemon add waterand start cook.When cooking add a pinch of sugar.After cook to prepare service a few lemon put on to plates and to sprinkle a few dill on. Bon appetite:)
