White fish Fillets (pike perch, cod, haddock) 400 g
1 green radish.
Ĺ Cup rice (2 parts basmati rice, 1 part wild)
Spices (salt, pepper, paprika)
50 g Riesling
Greens dill, lettuce.
Olive oil 1 TBL.SP.
Prepare the marinade: 50 g of soy sauce, 50 g Riesling or (other dry white wine), pepper, juice of Ĺ lemon. Pour marinade fish and leave for 30 minutes.
Boil rice, add a spoon of olive oil and a pinch of paprika. Chop carrots and radish in big straws.
The fish put in a colander and cook for a couple of about 7-10 minutes. At the same time radish and carrots blanch, put in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix thoroughly until the vegetables are cooled enough.
Collect dish. On the large plate put salad leaf, on top put molded mug of rice. Put the filet, sprinkled with paprika and decorate with a sprig of dill, lightly serve with olive oil. On the other hand put the blanched vegetables.
