BAKED FISH WITH MUSHROOMS AND CHANNEL WRACK SEAWEED STUFFING

Ingredients




4 fillets white fish



50g channel wrack or sarated wrack seaweed



50g mushrooms



15g butter



Salt and pepper



Lemon juice



250ml white sauce



2 tablespoons cream



Chopped parsley and paprika



Method
1. Rinse fillets in cold water, dry with kitchen towel and season
2. Wash mushrooms and seaweed, chop and fry in butter, season
3. Put mushrooms and seaweed on top of fillets, fold over
4. Place on a greased ovenproof dish
5. Squeeze lemon on top cover and bake
6. Add cream to hot white sauce, coat fillets
7. Serve with chopped parsley and paprika Bake in oven for 15 minutes 180 degrees gas mark 4 middle shelf
