1 cup Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt)
1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana (Kela)
2 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) or to taste
1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) (optional)
* Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
* Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
