Clean the Portobello mushroom caps (remove the stems). I like to marinade them for 20 minutes in a shallow dish. Set on grill. Grill the mushrooms until tender (about 10 minutes per side). Just before removing from grill, add slices of Montery Jack cheese on each mushroom. Serve on Thin Multigrain round buns, add home-made relish (if possible... it's sweater), Ketchup and other condiments as you wish such as mustard or sautéed onions. Enjoy!
