BBQ Spicy Pork Rasher Marinade

Ingredients
20mls of tabasco sauce

3 tbsps of Worcestershire sauce

3 tsps chilli powder

2 tsps of dried chillies chopped

juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons (we had no other citrus at hand, orange juice would be nice if you don’t like too much tang)

150mls of sweet chilli sauce

1/4 of a cup of bbq sauce

3 tsps of garlic powder

3 tbsp of powdered corriander

salt and pepper

1x 60ml bottle of peri peri sauce (medium heat) its been in the cupboard for ages so it had to be used before expiring• *Optional

Method
Mix together all of the ingredients and marinate the pork rashers for 8 hours. You can marinate for less, I prefer the longer marination for the flavour impact, I would suggest at least 3-4 hours. Grill on your BBQ. Serve with salad and crispy blue cheese potatoes, see link below for the salad and potato recipe I used.
