Ingredients

Ingredients
Method

  • 20mls of tabasco sauce
  • 3 tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsps chilli powder
  • 2 tsps of dried chillies chopped
  • juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons (we had no other citrus at hand, orange juice would be nice if you don't like too much tang)
  • 150mls of sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/4 of a cup of bbq sauce
  • 3 tsps of garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp of powdered corriander
  • salt and pepper
  • 1x 60ml bottle of peri peri sauce (medium heat) its been in the cupboard for ages so it had to be used before expiring. *Optional
Mix together all of the ingredients and marinate the pork rashers for 8 hours. You can marinate for less, I prefer the longer marination for the flavour impact, I would suggest at least 3-4 hours. Grill on your BBQ. Serve with salad and crispy blue cheese potatoes, see link below for the salad and potato recipe I used.
