Czech speacialty
Ingredients
5-6 potatoes shreded
1onion shreded
salt
pepper
cymin-kmin
majoram
1 egg
some flour
garlic optional***
Method
you mix everything
leave in closed bowl to rest- amylum realesed
you fry like you would fry crepes (turn on both sides)
serve as it is(maybe with roasted wursts)....with cold beer (czech preferably) OR with red wine..yummie....
better served hot!
