RUCOLA
ITALIAN PARMESAN ( Parmigiano Reggiano)
BALSAMIC VINEGAR GLAZE
Method
Put the bresaola on a plate, add the rucola, the parmesan shavings and a lot of glaze to decorate.. Buon Appetito!
