Sophisticated taste and healthy...
1 baby fennel
1 orange ( red orange is better)
a good hanful of prasley leafs
2 tsp appel vinegar
4 tsp extra virgin oliva oil
salt and pepper
Cut the baby fennel, peeled orange and add the sliced of orange, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with vinegar and oliva oil and then serve with a good handful of prasley leafs.
