Baby fennel with tuna fish

it is a health salad, good in a hot day, refreshing and strong taste...
1 baby fennel
80 g tuna fish
2 slice of crispbread
2 cherry tomatoes
1 yellow tomatoes
1 spring onion
1 tsp apple vinegar
2 tsp extravirgin oliva oil
salt and pepper
Start with finely chopped baby fennel and spring onion.
Cut in half cherry tomatoes, sliced yellow tomatoes and add to the salad. Season with touch of salt and pepper, sprinkle with apple vinegar and extravirgin oliva oil.
Cover the crispbread with salad, then add finely sliced red pepper, chili some fennel leaf and parmesan cheese.
