Cut onions into thin slices and bring them to cook in margarine; to prevent fry before they are soft enough, boil them at low heat, with the container covered.
When they are transparent, add the cod and the garlic minced.
Stir and season with pepper and nutmeg. Meanwhile, boil the eggs and cut them into slices.
In a baking dish pour the mixture of cod and onions.
Cover with mayonnaise, seasoned very well.
Spread over slices of boiled egg.
Top with tomatoes, also cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in hot oven until the tomatoes brown.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
