  • 1 k fusili pasta or another one
  • 200 g canned sweet corn
  • 200 g peas and cubed carrots
  • 300 g parmesan cheese
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 350 tomato sauce
  • 3 tbs parsley
  • 2 tbs basil leaves
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tbs ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp salt
  • water
Cook the pasta in water and salt for about 8 or 10 minutes and then drain and reserve mixing with some ghee.
Fry the spicies and add the veggies cooking for about 5 minutes, then add the sour cream and tomato sauce, cook for more 5 minutes and add the basil leaves and parsley.
Cook for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
Put the pasta in a baking tin and add the sauce, cover with the parmesan cheese and put in the oven for about 20 minutes, high temperature.
Remove from the oven and serve with some alupatras like I did.

Today I cooked this pasta and it tasted so good, try it. Maybe you can serve with some alupatras, chutney and lassi, it will sound like a feast.

Method
