Fry the spicies and add the veggies cooking for about 5 minutes, then add the sour cream and tomato sauce, cook for more 5 minutes and add the basil leaves and parsley.
Cook for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
Put the pasta in a baking tin and add the sauce, cover with the parmesan cheese and put in the oven for about 20 minutes, high temperature.
Remove from the oven and serve with some alupatras like I did.
