Baked Tilapia in green chutney

Who can resist green chutney! Add it to your fish and you will be surprised how good it tastes and how easy it is to make! It is spicy and super delicious and super healthy!
You can serve it hot with bread and maybe a salad on the side.
2 tilapia fillet (or any white fish)
1 small oinion
2 cloves ginger
small slice of ginger
handful of coriander leaves
squeeze of lemon
1 teaspoon cumin powder
tinge of turmeric powder (optional)
1 teaspoon oil
1. Prepare the chutney paste by blending the coriander, chilly, onion, fresh ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin powder, tinge of turmeric, oil and salt
2. Marinate the washed fish with this paste and leave for 10 minutes
3. Bake in the oven for 14 minutes at 180 C, preferably wrapped tightly in aluminum foil
4. Squeeze additional lemon juice just before serving.
