Baked buckwheat porridge

Ingredients
3 dcl water
3 dcl milk
3 dcl buckwheat porridge
2 eggs
couple of spoons of sugar
couple of spoons of sour cream
10 dag dried plums
2 apples
10 dag butter

Method
You have to cook buckwheat 10 - 15min, than it has to cold out. Of course we cook it into water and milk. Leave it until all water is gone. Then mix butter, sugar and yolks. Mix cooked buckwheat and sugar, butter and yolks. Add cut in small pieces plums and grated apples. Egg white we substantially whisk and add to the rest of mass. Everything carefully shuffle and put in (possibly round shaped) baking tray. On the top put thin layer of sour cream amd put it in to oven. Bake 30 min at 180°C.

Before you serve it you can put cream or sugar or caramel on the top. I like with vanille ice-cream... We often eat buckwheat \'pie\' because it is very healthy eventhough it is desert
