Baked chocolate and espresso mousse

for who love chocolate this is a great desert with chocolate flavour, an italian strong espresso and vanilla puding...you can also to serve with a good vanilla ice cream...

Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate (70% cacao)
2 eggs yolk
2 eggs white
1 tbsp unsalted butter
50 ml espresso
2 tbsp sugar

for pudding:
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 pod vanilla

Method
Preheat oven at 200\'C.
Melt chocolate in bain marie. When is melted, add butter and mix very well, then add eggs yolk.
Whisk eggs white and in finaly add sugar and keep whisk. Add this white foam to the chocolate and mixed slowly.
In baking tray add half chocolate and put on oven for aboute 10 minutes.
The other half chocolate mixed with a strong italian espresso cafe.
After 10 minutes take out the baking tray with chocolate and add on top the chocolate and espresso cream. Baking on oven for aboute 12 minutes, then take out.
In same time with baking chocolate, make the pudding. Mixed all ingredients and add to the medium heat. Keep mixed all time, when is strong like a cream be sure that\'s finish.Take out vanilla pod.
In a large plate, place the chocolate mousse and serve with pudding and optional vanilla ice cream.
