Ingredients
500 g fusilli pasta
5 medium tomatoes
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
a good handful of basil leaf
oregano
brown oliva
250 tomato sauce
peperoncino
buffalo mozzarella
extravirgin oliva oli
Method
Preheat oven at 180\'C.
Boilet fusilli pasta al dente.
Heat saucepan with oliva oil and add garlic and basil leaf.Add sliced peperoncino too. Sliced tomato and add to saucepan and cook.Season with salt and pepper. After few minutes add tomato sauce and cook til all is a sauce. Add fusilli pasta, brown oliva, oregano, buffalo mozzarella and add on oven for 10 minutes.
When you serve, sprinkle baked pasta with extravirgin oliva oil.
