Heat oven at 200'C.
Wrap the meat, carrots, leeks, garlic and white wine in aluminum foil. Baked on oven about 1h45'. The meat will be very tender.
Heat a large pan with olive oil. Add potatoes, fresh rosemary and 1-2 cloves garlic. Fried for 1-2 minutes. Season with sea salt and freshly ground white pepper then baked on oven until is brown.
Served your meat with potatoes, veggies and a glass white wine.
