A special family dish....
500 grm pasta(bucatini)
300 grms minced beef
2 spoons tomato sauce
11/2 tea sp salt
1/2 tea sp pepper(black)
20 grms of grind nutmeg
1 tea sp sugar
1 big onion
1 glass white dry wine
1/2 glass olive oil
for the top dressing
2 table spoons flour
2-3 cups milk
20 grms butter
10 grms grinds nutmeg
50-80 grms grinds of cheese
Ok ..its a little complicate food but it worths a lot...
Cook the pasta for 8 minutes in salty water.
Drain the pasta and place it in a roasting pan,where you have already added, olive oil (1 spoon).We are doing this in order to avoid the sticking of the pasta in our pan.
In a different casserole you may have already prepared the minced beef as follows...
Cut the onion in pieces(cut it in as many as possible, small pieces),and heat 2 spoons of olive oil. Add the onion and let it fry for 5 minutes(slow fire).Then add minced beef,salt ,pepper,nutmeg,tomato sauce and sugar.After 5 minutes add the glass of wine and 2 glasses of water. Wine is giving its fragrance and a taste of sharpness to your food.When the minced beef absorb the liquids, its ready to be added in the pasta.
Above the pasta, add grinds of a cheese you like (50 -80 grms). That is giving an extra taste to this food.
Now its the time to add the top...
To prepare the top work as follows....
Heat 2 spoons of olive oil in a pan in very slow fire.
Add 2 spoons of flour and mix them together......dont stop mixing till you add the milk....
Continue mixing and add salt and a touch of pepper and nutmeg to give their fragrances and a spicy taste to the top....
While by while this mixture gonna be creamy so when its density be smooth and dense, its time to be added on the top of the pasta.Carefully with a spoon, place the dressing on the top the pasta.
Now its ready to be baked in a preheated oven (200 c) for 40 minutes or until the top gets a brown color.
