2 cup of rice
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
thyme, mint leaf
1/2 lemon zest and juice
1 glass white wine
salt and pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
1 tbsp soya sauce
Preheat oven at 220\'C.
Mixed cloves, thyme, mint leaf, lemon zest, juice, salt, pepper and extravirgin oliva oil. Now add salmon fish and let to marinade for minimum half hour.
Sliced carrot, leek and place on the bake paper. Add salmon and close the paper. Untill to close add a little white wine.
Bake salmon on oven aboute 30 minutes.
For the rice i use rice cooker and in 20 minutes is ready.
Heat a wok or large pan with oliva oil and add eggs. Whisk the eggs and when is finish add the rice. Continuous to whisk and add soya sauce. Cook aboute 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Serve rice with salmon and sprinkle little lemon juice and prasley, finely chopped.
