Baking chicken leg with potatoes and salad

2 chicken leg
300 g potatoes
a few cloves garlic
1 glass white wine
a good handfull of thyme, oregano and rosemary
1 tsp flour
1/2 lemon juice
salt and pepper
a good handfull of rocket and spinach
extravirgin oliva oil
Preheat oven at 220\'C.
Peeled chicken leg from zest and make a few notch.
Mixed thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice and extravirgin oliva oil and add chicken leg. Let on fridge for aboute 1 hour.
Boilet potatoes in water with salt Behind to be boilet with 5 minutes put potatoes in baking tray and add a few cloves of garlic, rosemary, extravirgin oliva oil and season with salt and pepper. Baking on oven till is golden, then let out.
Heat a pan with oliva oil. Fried chicken leg a few minutes theput on baking tray, add a glass white wine, a few cloves of garlic and baking on oven aboute 35-40 minutes, then take out chicken leg and with juice of meat and baking garlic make a sauce in a medium heat. Add flour and mixed. Cook a few minutes.
Mixed rocket salad with spinach, sprinkle with lemon juice and extravirgin oliva oil.
Serve chicken leg with baking potatoes, sauce and salad.
